If you opt in through your Client Hub account, Interstate Security Inc will send you text messages about your service, such as appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, links to your documents, and billing notices. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off SMS notifications in your Client Hub account. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as text message delivery, email, payment processing, and secure data hosting.
